Most vegetarian catering is what is left when you take the meat off. This is not that. It carries more variety than several of our meat platters do.
Order it on its own for a meat free table, or alongside another platter when the room has mixed diets and you would rather nobody was counting what they can eat.
Usually ordered by someone who eats meat, for a table where one or two people do not.
Take it out of the fridge about 30 minutes before serving so the cheeses come up to temperature. The dips and the pickled items are fine straight from cold.
Ordering it alongside a meat platter? Put them at opposite ends of the table rather than next to each other, so people are not reaching across one to get to the other.

Not as a listed ingredient, but our kitchen handles nuts on other platters. If anyone in your group has a nut allergy, tell us when you place the order so we can tell you honestly what we can and cannot guarantee.
Eight. Every Magies Vol platter is built for 8 people and there is no smaller or larger version, so you always know exactly what you are getting. For 16 people order two, and for 24 guests or more a grazing table set up on site usually works out better.
Yes, if you order before 09:00. Anything ordered before 09:00 is delivered the same day across Fourways, Bryanston, Sandton and Rosebank. Orders placed after 09:00 are delivered the next day, because every platter is packed fresh on the morning it goes out.
It arrives ready to serve and is at its best on the day. Keep it refrigerated and covered until you need it, then bring it out about 20 to 30 minutes before your guests arrive. Anything left over should go straight back into the fridge and be eaten the next day.
We deliver across Fourways, Bryanston, Sandton and Rosebank and the surrounding suburbs, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Collection from our kitchen can also be arranged. If you are just outside those areas, message us on 066 408 8267 and we will let you know.
