The hot items are best warmed through before serving. An oven at about 160 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes is better than a microwave, which turns the burger buns rubbery.
For 15 or 16 children, order two platters. If parents are staying, add a Handheld Favourites or a Simply Sweet so the adults are not picking at the fruit kebabs.

The mini hot dogs and the ham in the sandwiches contain pork. The burgers are beef and chicken, and the chicken strips and cheese grillers are pork free. Tell us when you order if you need pork left off and we will adjust the mix.
Within reason, yes. Tell us when you place the order. If there is an allergy in the group, say so at the same time and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot work around.
Eight. Every Magies Vol platter is built for 8 people and there is no smaller or larger version, so you always know exactly what you are getting. For 16 people order two, and for 24 guests or more a grazing table set up on site usually works out better.
Yes, if you order before 09:00. Anything ordered before 09:00 is delivered the same day across Fourways, Bryanston, Sandton and Rosebank. Orders placed after 09:00 are delivered the next day, because every platter is packed fresh on the morning it goes out.
It arrives ready to serve and is at its best on the day. Refrigerate anything not being eaten straight away, and warm the hot items through in an oven rather than a microwave before you put them out.
We deliver across Fourways, Bryanston, Sandton and Rosebank and the surrounding suburbs, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Collection from our kitchen can also be arranged. If you are just outside those areas, message us on 066 408 8267 and we will let you know.
