Planning something bigger than a platter? For 24 guests and up, a grazing table styled and set up on site usually works out better than stacking boxes.
Kids parties in Fourways, without the 6am baking
The Kiddies Platter is the one Fourways orders most. Mini beef cheeseburgers, mini chicken burgers, ham and cheese sandwiches, cheese grillers, mini hot dogs, chicken strips, cinnamon and sugar pancake roll ups, fruit kebabs and assorted cupcakes, all on one platter that feeds 8 children. At R1,440 that works out to R180 a child, delivered and ready to put straight onto the table.
Most parents order one platter per 8 children and add a Simply Sweet platter for the grownups standing at the back with a cup of coffee. For a party of 15 to 16 children, two Kiddies Platters is the right call, and there will be leftovers.
It works just as well for class parties, end of term, holiday club days and the kind of Saturday where six children end up staying for lunch. You place the order, we do the rest, and nobody has to be awake at six on a Saturday cutting sandwiches into triangles.
Get togethers, braais and family days
Fourways entertains at home, and the platters that move here reflect that. The Gourmet Platter is hot finger food built for a crowd: vegetable spring rolls, chicken samosas, jalapeno poppers, pigs in a blanket, beef and bell pepper kebabs, chicken wings, pork riblets and cheese grillers. The Meaty Platter is the one to put out next to the fire when the braai is already handling the main event.
For something lighter, Handheld Favourites is our entry price at R140 a person and covers sandwiches, wraps and the familiar fillings that never get left on the plate. And when December comes around and the car is packed for the coast, the PadKos Panini platter is exactly what it sounds like.
Everything arrives on a presentation platter, sealed and ready to serve. No plating, no arranging, no last minute trip to the shops.
Delivery in Fourways and around it
We deliver into Fourways, Lonehill, Dainfern, Douglasdale, Broadacres, Craigavon and the surrounding estates, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. If your estate needs a visitor code or a name at the gate, send it through with your order and we will make sure the driver has it, because nothing ruins a delivery window like sitting at a boom gate.
The 09:00 cut off is a real one. Order by 09:00 and your platter is delivered the same day. After that we build it for the next day, because every platter is packed fresh on the morning it leaves the kitchen rather than made up in advance. Collection from our kitchen can also be arranged if that suits you better, just say so when you order.

Yes. We deliver into Fourways, Lonehill, Dainfern, Douglasdale, Broadacres, Craigavon and the surrounding estates. If your estate needs a visitor code or a name registered at the gate, send it through with your order so the driver has it before they arrive.
Which platter is best for a kids party?
The Kiddies Platter. It feeds 8 children at R180 a child and covers mini burgers, hot dogs, cheese grillers, chicken strips, sandwiches, pancake roll ups, fruit kebabs and cupcakes. Most parents add a Simply Sweet platter for the adults.
How many platters do I need for 15 or 16 children?
Two Kiddies Platters. Each one is built for 8, so two covers 16 comfortably and usually leaves a little over. If some parents are staying, add one Handheld Favourites or a Simply Sweet platter for the adults.
Can I get a platter delivered today?
Yes, if you order before 09:00. Anything ordered before 09:00 is delivered the same day in Fourways. Orders placed after 09:00 are delivered the next day, because every platter is packed fresh on the morning it goes out.
Do you cater school events and class parties?
We do. Class parties, end of term, sports days and holiday clubs are regular orders for us. Send us the headcount and the date on WhatsApp and we will tell you how many platters you need and what it will cost.
What if I need food for more than 24 people?
At that size a grazing table usually works out better than stacking platters. We style and set it up on site. Grazing tables need more notice than a platter does, so send us your date as early as you can.
